    If you receive a product that differs from your original order, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. We offer a replacement service for incorrect items. To be eligible, you must notify us within 2 days of delivery by following these steps:

Provide your order number, along with clear photos and a video of the received product. Include a brief description of the issue.

  1. Eligibility Criteria for Replacements
    To qualify for a replacement, the following conditions must be met:

The product must be unused and in its original packaging.

The replacement request must be submitted within 2 days of receiving the item.

The provided photo and description must clearly show that the wrong product was delivered.

  1. Refund Policy
    Siamrith does not provide refunds under any circumstances. Our policy is strictly limited to replacements for incorrect items.
  2. Shipping Costs
    In the case of a wrong product being delivered, Siamrith will cover all shipping costs for returning the incorrect item and dispatching the correct replacement.
  3. Order Modifications and Cancellations
    Once an order is placed, cancellations are not allowed. However, order modifications can be made within 24 hours of placing the order. Please note that refunds are not available, even in the event of order cancellation or modification.
